Copy and Use Prompts
How to copy prompts from gallery cards, remix them safely, and give credit where it helps your team.
How to copy a prompt
- Click the gallery card to open the detail view.
- Click the Copy prompt button.
- The prompt text (and parameters if supported) are copied to your clipboard.
- Paste into the prompt box and edit.
What gets copied
If the platform supports parameter metadata, copying may include:
- The full prompt text
- Negative prompts (if enabled in settings)
- Aspect ratio and quality (if exposed)
If parameter metadata is not included, copy only the text and set parameters manually.
Safe remix principles
Borrow structure and vocabulary, not specific copyrighted or branded descriptions. See Using gallery prompts for a full remix framework.
For sentence-level templates (photoreal, sticker, product, minimal negative space, comics, search-grounded graphics), cross-check Google’s Nano Banana / Gemini image generation guide—those patterns port directly into this editor’s prompt field.
Giving credit
Gallery prompts are public by default. If you find a prompt that was clearly created by a brand or a creative professional, consider noting the author in your internal brief for attribution if the final output is published.
Prompt hygiene in shared accounts
If you share an account with a team:
- Rename prompts before saving them to your history (add project initials).
- Use the notes field if available to log the original inspiration source.
